Our charming old town hotel and restaurant Grauer Wolf is centrally located and is one of the most renowned, privately run catering establishments in Erlangen. With 42 hotel rooms, two conference rooms and a restaurant, our hotel offers a wide range of services. Family-run since 1982, we are now in the second generation and attach great importance to tradition and quality.

Each of our rooms is individually furnished and all rooms are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds. Both the classic and comfort rooms offer a cosy and stylish ambience. In terms of sustainability, it is important to us to retain high-quality carpentry furniture and not always replace it with new furnishings. We work successfully with the joinery ‘Neue Produktion’. The joinery produces durable, repairable furniture to a high quality standard.
