Our breakfast buffet

In addition to the classic breakfast menu, we are committed to offering regional products as well as fresh fruit and vegetables. We minimise the distance from our own herb garden to your plate and avoid unnecessary packaging. In addition to our popular sausage and cheese platter, our breakfast buffet also includes homemade jams, honey from our hotel's own bees and delicious homemade Bircher muesli. You can choose between various egg dishes, bratwurst or grilled bacon.

We also provide plant-based, gluten-free and lactose-free products on request - please let us know if you are missing anything.

Our regional products

We are particularly proud of our honey, produced by our own bees in the courtyard. We attach great importance to the origin of our products. That's why we only work with organic producers from the local area. We are more than convinced of our local products and look forward to inspiring you with them.

Bee hotel

We not only accommodate our guests, but also two bee colonies. The semi-shaded location of our courtyard is ideal for this. The little industrious workers swarm out within a radius of 2 - 3 kilometres - to the botanical garden, for example - and produce a surplus of 10 to 15 kg of honey, which we keep ready for ourselves and our guests. As we are good hosts but not beekeepers, we receive professional support from the beekeepers. Together we set an example for animal welfare. Bees are important for all our environmental systems and we are happy to set another example of sustainability here.

Bread and pastries

We source most of our delicious baked goods from the Trapper bakery just round the corner. This family business can also look back on a long tradition. For generations, great importance has been attached to the artisan baking tradition and quality in the production of baked goods.

Only the finest ingredients and best raw materials are used. This is fully in line with our idea of sustainability.
